I still need to talk with Namifiers about the quality of the product we received. You had sent me samples before we ordered and the thickness of the sample lanyard is much better and more superior than the lighter, flimsier ones we received. I am disappointed. As for customer service Paul was my initial contact and disappointing...he was pushy and then dropped the ball when I asked him for more information or work on his part. Our new rep (name?) was MUCH better, professional and timely. Still..because of the disparity of the sample to the actual lanyard I feel a little cheated and probably will not use Namifiers again. Sorry.

I was looking for name tags to use for AFJROTC. The badges you have ane not the ones that the Air Force uses. I will keep them on hand but I can not use them for the intended purpose. I was also inquiring about tags that have the NFL team logos on them but I did not find them in your catalog. Do you carry them?

I ordered blank black/silver metal tags (black face according to the picture) and when I received my order the tags were silver... I sent an email and did not get a response

I think the postage is out of line. There should be other ways of shipping. If I had used just my original order the shipping would of been more then the order. I hope I have enough tags now so that I won't have to order for a while. I do hope you take the postage into consideration.
