Jamie was quick to assist us when a new employee was unsure of how to handle the order. She jumped in and sent me a quote quickly. I will say that I was disappointed in the way the payment process was handled. I had not Namifiers a credit card, yet they charged one they had on file, without my consent, which caused a bit of a problem here in my office. I think it would be best for your sales staff to confirm any charge they are going to make, even if it is a credit card that has been used in the past.

For some reason when I tried to order through the web I got all the way thru but no option to pay. If I hadn't called to check and see if it had gone through I would have assumed it did.

Carlyn was so great and personable. I really appreciate the service I received. The web site experience was excellent, as well.
Super quick production, too. Love it! I previously used your company when I was working for another company, and was always pleased with the products I received.

Overall, I am happy with the process and am excited to see the finished product. However, there was a lot of confusion with how the graphics department wanted to receive my files, and it was a cumbersome process to get it right. In the end I had to reformat and re-send the files three times.
