For pole pocket banners, we must know the exact diameter of the poles as well as the exact space between the poles (not including the poles themselves).We base our measurement of the pole pocket directly off of the diameter of the poles. Click here for more information.
We do not offer double-sided print on banners over 4' wide. Also, please be aware that we do not offer same day service for our double-sided banners and that double-sided banners take an additional 3-5 business days depending on the order quantity. Keep in mind if you would like a double-sided full bleed banner (where the color is extended to the edges) and you want the edges heat-sealed, one side will have a white border to prevent the colors from melting into the other side of the banner.
The banner printers are C, Lc, M, Lm, Y, K. Customers are responsible for changing their artwork from RGB to CMYK. Pantone matches for most colors can be achieved with these printers, but not always. In the case we cannot match the Pantone color exactly, we will produce a few samples of our closest matches to the customer and send them to the customer for physical approval.
All cutting and sealing of Vinyl Banners is subject to the industry standard of variance of + or – 1% of the given dimension (i.e. length or height). This standard allows for minimal stretching of the vinyl material as it is heated up for print. |
| Use and Care Instructions: |
We do not recommend folding our printed banners, as this will cause creasing. To protect our banners, we roll them with the graphics facing out and place a packing slip over the face of the print prior to shipping. We also include a plastic sleeve around the roll for added protection. These should be kept and utilized for the most effective storage.
All our banners and signs are most durable in moisture-free environments, but where this cannot be avoided, we highly encourage our customers to wipe them down prior to proper storage. Also, if they are going to be outside they will typically last a year without fading depending on what direction they face and where the customer is. Arizona, Florida, Texas, New Mexico are harsh environments for printed signs. Also, you may consider the direction that the sign faces as south facing signs will fade faster than north facing.
To double or even triple the life of the product, investing in additional laminate is highly recommended. |
