Overall, I am happy with the process and am excited to see the finished product. However, there was a lot of confusion with how the graphics department wanted to receive my files, and it was a cumbersome process to get it right. In the end I had to reformat and re-send the files three times.

I requested all information be sent directly to me when I placed the order; however, the proof was sent to the previous contact multiple times (4-5 different emails). I had to email and then call to get the information updated.
