Krystal was very very helpful and followed up on my order...I was ready to leave namifiers after I never heard back about my two previous calls/orders. I'm glad I called back and remained a customer, but that all goes to Krystal's efforts and follow through. I teach telephone etiquette for a living and Krystal was perfect!!! Promote her!
