This was my third time ordering the same product - employee name badges in the same layout. I was so pleased with the product and quick response with my first two orders that I was surprised this time to receive no confirmation call to proof before printing and then receiving the product different than I had requested it. After leaving a message for Carlyn who oversaw my order and not receiving a response, I got in touch with Kristina in the call center who fixed the problem and had new ones shipped the next day. All's well that ends well but wish it went as smooth as my first two orders.

Make re-orders simpler...why should I still have to select my color, backing, corner style, etc when I have already selected the button that indicates I am reordering a product I've already purchased?

Carlyn was pleasant and extremely helpful. I appreciated that she even accommodated a last-minute change.

I needed the badge order the next day & Namifiers came through. Also, thanks to Carlyn my representive who gave me a call to verify the color of the bagdes, saved me, because I had selected the wrong color scheme. I was very happy with quality of the badges.

My experience with Paul was great. I contacted him after being unable to communicate with Carlyn. I had emailed 3 times and never received response (beyond automated). When I called I go Paul who took over the CS and executed my order perfectly.
