I called to ask the status of my order a month after it was ordered. I was told that production was finished it was supposed to ship over the next few days. 2-3 weeks later I got an e-mail from Tashina indicating that there were problems with the vendor and that orders were not shipping, but they would ship over the next five days. I asked for confirmation and Tashina told me that she would get back to me. About two weeks after that I e-mailed Tashina asking for a status update on my order and could I have it before Christmas. I never received a reply. On January 4 I receive an e-mail from Carlyn but coming from Tashina's account that Carlyn is now my representative. I send a reply e-mail asking about the status of my order, and never received a reply. I then called Carlyn to find out the status of my order only to find that the order was sitting in the warehouse somewhere. While Tashina and Carlyn were both very pleasant to talk to, and I am pleased that Carlyn is overnighting my order to me, I do not think that I will use Namifiers again because of the runaround, vague information and delay in receiving my order.

When the mistake in my order was made by namifiers, my rep went silent. No retunr phone calls or emails. I had to call and get to the VP of sales before I got my order issues resolved.

the represantative was of great help she help me to pick the right name plate when i did not know what i realy wanted and that to me was the best for me,lookforward to haveing my product in hand soon ,and so i say thank to the representative.
