Although I was only contacted via email by rep after the order was placed online - the service was fine. I do wish that the name tag I originally wished to order had allowed me to input 4 lines of info for imprint as was indicated in the product specs. When I tried to order that product because I wanted 4 lines of imprint - it only gave me an option to input 3 lines. So I went with a different name tag option at a lower price. Frustrating to be limited after thinking I could get one with 4 lines of info. But this was not a problem with the rep since this was done completely online in ordering.

The satisfaction I received when I was namified was the best!! I have never been namified, and the experience was GREAT!! I would do it again if I had the chance. The customer service was outstanding.

I think some of your sample photos can be a little misleading. I thought when you pick a photo of a product that is what you will receive. I ordered, or I thought I ordered something that was shown to me in the photo when I placed the order but when I got my order it was not what I wanted. Other than that it has been a good experience.

The Contact name for the Hastings Center has changed from Tina Settembrino,to Siofra Vizzi since Sept 09 I have places many orders & yet you have not changed the contact information in your emails when sending invoices etc That I think is something I would like to see corrected and for other company's that you correct the information I would think the agent should make sure the contacts are up to date. Thank you

Response time on some e-mails was slow but the answerers recived were very through. I did find it anoying that i recived a confermation e-mail every two hours becuse i was not able to get my supervisor to approve the proof right a way, so it was anoying reciving so many reminders.

Some of the logo imprinting is already wore off and they aren't even opened. Some are printed so crookedly that the logo is cut off on the top on one end and the bottome on the other end. Definitely not a satisfied customer!
