Overall, I am happy with the process and am excited to see the finished product. However, there was a lot of confusion with how the graphics department wanted to receive my files, and it was a cumbersome process to get it right. In the end I had to reformat and re-send the files three times.

Once the order ships, please provide the shipper tracking info for the customer. Also, the order history page could be a little clearer--look at how Amazon.com displays order history and tracking info. But otherwise a good experience; I will be placing many more orders!

DeAnne was professional and very helpful at all times. My problem with Namifiers is this.
When I called to place the order, I asked specifically if the item was in stock to ship the following day. I was told that it was in stock amd would ship the next day. We also discussed pricing, and I was quoted a price. The order was placed and I received confirmation via e-mail. The following day I received a call at 6:00 PM (EST). I was told that the order did not ship because there was an "inventory error" and that I must agree to a new higher price before the order would ship.
I had already quoted a price and promised delivery to my customer based on the price and shipment information I was given. We would not consider calling a customer after we quote a price and accept an order, telling the customer that they must agree to a new "higher" price before we would ship their order. I find this to be very poor business ethics.

I actually didn't call to order this time -- someone called me to see if my past order was satisfactory instead. I told him the past order was fine - and asked if I could order one more name tag. He was happy to help me. Your orders are shipped almost immediately, are made correctly, and we appreciate Namifiers and their employees very much!

People don't always view change as a good thing - I usually deal with Jamie and she is awesome, things get done quickly and I am always impressed with her efficiency. For my most recent order I was asked to deal with a different agent and maybe my experience was just different, but I felt frustrated at the process and agitated most of the time.

Kellen did a wonderful job. He helped me through the process of ordering our lanyards. He was very knowledgeable and could easily answer any question I had. After placing our order, came to find out that the lanyards we had ordered wouldn't be available by our event date. Kellen called to alert me and gave me some other options. We arrived at our new order. Again, some problems arose and Kellen called again to give us another option. I couldn't have been any happier with Kellen, his professionalism, his care for my satisfaction and his help were tremendous. I was a little less than satisfied with the fact that he would have to keep calling because things were out of stock. But Kellen was great through it all.

I placed an order for item #BHM-212-MAG (100) under account #98044 for $70.00 + S&H and when I went to reorder the same item on 2/26/2010, the price had increased over 100% to $150.00 per 100. In less than 4 months time, your pricing had gone up considerably which resulted in the purchase of another product because there was no consideration to offer a discount.

The initial product sale was sold during a promotion/sale with a clearance price attached. Purchasing an item at a discounted price during a sale does not guarantee the same price for future orders
