First of all, I ordered the product after receiving some samples but the product that was shipped was much different. It was poorly made and and a poor fit as well. I was assured numerous times that the product would be on time and it was delivered ten days late. Another color had to be substituted for the lack of burnt orange in large and x-lg so we had to give two different color tech shirts to the race participants. In the past, we always had great positive responses on the shirts we provided but when we switched to Namifiers, we just got complaints from many participants concerning poor fit and quality. I am extremely dissapointed in your company.

Overall, I am pleased with the products I received.

That being said, I ordered a custom lanyard. The black plastic clasp I viewed online was one type (one image pictured), a different variation of a black plastic clasp was pictured on my proof (however I was assured by salesperson on the phone that the clasp I viewed on the website was the one I would actually get). This was not the case... when I finally received the order it was yet a third type of black plastic clasp. I would have prefered to receive "what you see is what you get". It's difficult ordering something online (not being able to hold an item) so you have to rely on the acuracy of the pictures and descriptions to know exactly what you're buying.

Also, even though it was a custom lanyard, it felt like it took a long time for the items to get here. I ordered the items on 8/15, proofed the items on 8/16 and it shipped on the 26th. I didn't know the turnaround was 10 days on custom items. By the time it ships half a month has gone by.

One thing I did appreciate was calling the 800 number and getting a real person on the second ring and not having to listen to a bunch of recorded options. The salesperson was very helpful. Thank you.

Wrong order was shipped. CC was charged twice instead of being charged the difference for ordering more. Received SEVERAL duplicate emails. Order previously and had no issues but was not impressed this time around.
